Service Description
Capture stunning visuals in a versatile and beautifully curated venue designed exclusively for photographers. With flexible rental options, on-site amenities, and a convenient location, we empower photographers to create their best work in an inspiring environment. **Please note that props and backdrops are limited in availability. We recommend contacting us in advance or visiting our studio to explore the options currently available. Kindly note that photography equipment is not provided.**
Cancellation Policy
The retainer fee is non-refundable and secures the reservation. The remaining balance is due, prior to or on the day before the scheduled Reservation. Cleanliness: The Client(s) shall keep the studio clean and tidy during and after use. All trash and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the rental. Use of Props and Equipment: Props, backdrops, and equipment are to be handled with care. The Renter is responsible for any damages and must return items in the same condition as received, or be liable for repairs or replacements. Bathroom Use: The bathroom facilities are for the use of the Client(s) and their guests. The Client(s) shall keep the bathroom clean and report any plumbing or maintenance issues immediately. The bathroom must be left in a clean and hygienic condition after use. Restrictions: No smoking, vaping, illegal activities, or hazardous materials are permitted on the premises. Any activities that may cause damage or disturbance must be approved in advance. Event Time Restrictions:The event will not exceed past 8:00 PM for events. All event activities must conclude by this time. Podcast and Photography Rentals: Rentals for podcasts and photography sessions are to be conducted within All In Photography's operational hours, which are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Setup and Clean-up:Setup and clean-up time are included within the booked rental period. Renter must plan their booking accordingly, considering the time needed for setup and teardown. Additional Time: Any extension beyond the agreed-upon rental period, including setup and clean-up, will incur additional charges. The Client(s) is responsible for ensuring that they vacate the space on time.
